Return policy

1. Summary

Kudo Shop (https://kudo-shop.com) is operated by KUDO CANARIAS S.L.. This return policy applies to customers in Spain and reflects how we handle returns in practice together with applicable EU and Spanish consumer law.

We accept returns for both defective and non-conforming goods (under your legal warranty rights) and, for distance sales, withdrawal returns of non-defective new products within the 14-day window and conditions below.

We do not offer product exchanges. If your return is accepted under this policy, we refund the eligible amount to your original payment method rather than swapping for another item.

For EU consumers, distance purchases are also covered by a statutory right of withdrawal: you may cancel within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods without giving a reason, subject to the conditions below and to mandatory exceptions under EU and Spanish law.

2. 14-day withdrawal period

The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days after the day on which you (or a third party you choose, other than the carrier) acquire physical possession of the goods.

To meet the deadline, send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the 14-day period has expired.

3. How to notify us

To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform us of your decision by a clear statement (for example by email to contact@kudo-rent.com). You may use the contact form or your order confirmation details where helpful.

4. Returning the goods (in store)

Our shop operates on a pickup-only basis. Returns are completed in person at our store / pickup point: Av. Quinto Centenario, 26, 38683 Puerto de Santiago, Santa Cruz de Tenerife. After we acknowledge your withdrawal (or a warranty return), please bring the goods back without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you tell us you are withdrawing, unless we agree a different timeline in writing for warranty cases.

We do not charge restocking fees. Because you return the goods to us in store, there is no return-shipping charge from us.

5. Product condition (new only)

We only sell new products. Withdrawal returns apply to those new items returned as new: unused, in salable condition, with labels and original packaging where reasonably possible, and with any accessories included. You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

For sealed goods (for example hygiene-related or sealed media), the right of withdrawal may be lost if the seal is removed after delivery, where the law allows.

Faulty or non-conforming goods may be returned under your legal rights regardless of the withdrawal rules above.

6. Refunds and timing

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you for the purchase, including delivery costs (if you paid any), using the same means of payment unless you expressly agree otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back at our store or until you have supplied evidence of return, whichever is earlier.

We process approved refunds within 10 calendar days of receiving the returned goods and confirming they meet this policy (or, for statutory withdrawal, within the legal maximum of 14 days from when you informed us of your decision, if that period ends later).

We do not charge restocking fees on eligible returns.

7. Warranty and faulty goods

The withdrawal right above is separate from your legal rights if goods are faulty or not as described. For defects or non-conformity, contact us and we will help under applicable consumer law.
